Wow, this Red Pine Camp wedding was a dream come true for me! This year I’m more excited than ever that most of my weddings are at camps, cottages and awesome ‘outdoory’ locations like this one. More and more of my brides & grooms are choosing locations close to their hearts and embracing what really matters most to them on their wedding day. It makes me over the moon happy to be in these environments capturing these moments for them. Jennie & Nick are amazing. I could go on and on about them and this fantastic wedding for ages. From their rustic, beautiful ceremony in the pine trees, to a reception filled with music and love, the whole day was one I won’t forget. I’m so excited to share these photos and wish you both so much love and happiness in the future. Thank you for asking me to be a part of your wedding day, it was truly special. Here they are!
Spring can be a tricky time to get together up North for engagement photos, especially when your dealing with a ton of black flies and mosquitoes! We hiked into one of Michelle & Claude’s favourite spots on Lake Nipissing just a short drive from their house. Needless to say I could see right away why the loved it so much. Unfortunately for us we were eaten alive immediately making our time there short lived, but capturing some shots at their home on the lake was just as beautiful. I can’t wait for your Winter wedding guys, I’m sure it’s going to be amazing! What a great couple you are. Here’s a few of my favourites from our time together a few weeks ago…..
Trillium resort in Muskoka is such a gorgeous place for a wedding. Although the bugs were out and about Karla & Andrew were still game to get in boat, and hike down a path through the bush to a waterfall while managing not to complain about getting eaten alive. They were such troopers and it was totally worth it. This was also one of the biggest wedding parties I’ve ever photographed, they were awesome and we had a great time hanging around the docks in Port Sydney! From the ceremony to their gorgeous reception the day was fantastic. It was so wonderful getting to know you guys and I hope you had the best time on your honeymoon in Europe as well. Here’s a few of my favourites!
Wow, what a wedding! I was so excited when Nancy contacted me to capture their wedding down in St.Lucia at the Royalton Resort. First off, Nancy & Ryan are just the nicest, most easy going couple ever. Right from the get go Nancy was so chill about every aspect of the day and just went with the flow. She decided early on that getting in the ocean with her wedding dress was exactly what she wanted to do, and I’m so glad we did (not to mention her second dress was just as beautiful as the first). The Royalton down in St.Lucia is hands down one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve seen and I can imagine how happy Nancy & Ryan are with their decision to get married there. All of their closest family & friends came down with them to celebrate and the day went off without a hitch. It was perfect. So thrilled for the two of you, your clearly meant to be together and it was so wonderful getting the opportunity to get to know the two of you so well. Here’s a few of my favourites from their fabulous day. Until next time St.Lucia!
First, hello again! I’m really excited to share these engagement & family photos with you since it’s been a while since my last blog post. I’m excited to be back and ready to roll for the 2017 Season! It came fast. I got together a few weeks ago with Wendy, her two girls and her awesome fiance Darren on a gorgeous day (there was a still a little snow but if you ask me it just made their images even more beautiful). Wendy & Darren are having a intimate wedding this Summer in Muskoka, on a dock, at the cottage. It all sounds amazing and I’m so excited for it. Here’s are few of my favourites from our time together. I can’t wait for your big day Wendy & Darren, bring on the Summer!
